Built for British Columbia, private by design
Enter a postal code and PoliPost Office finds the riding using the Legislative Assembly’s own lookup. Cases outside your riding are flagged, and federal or municipal matters show the right MP or council member to refer to.
Each office’s casework is visible only to that office’s team. PoliPost administrators handle accounts and billing and are not given access to casework.

- Connecting Gmail or Microsoft 365, or forwarding your mail, involves those providers, which are outside Canada.
- Phone numbers, calls and texts
- Carried by Telnyx, a US company. Call recordings are copied into PoliPost and then deleted from Telnyx.

- Each network you connect is its own company.

Getting started takes a few minutes
- Set up your office. Enter your office details. Your electoral district is found from your postal code.
- Invite your team. Add your MLA, constituency assistants and office manager. Everyone gets their own sign-in.
- Bring in your mail and calls. Connect or forward your office email, get an office phone number if you want calls and texts in PoliPost, and add the casework form to your website.
